The connector is designed to plan and control workload of a team and to analyze productivity. Asana Connector fixes the to-do list of each user and makes it possible to start a project or a task list, to assign responsibility and to monitor progress.
Team work planning
We have implemented work with the content obtained as a result of synchronization with such capabilities as:
- Ability to create a project in Creatio system with its further integration into Asana
- Integration of tasks from Asana into Creatio once per hour (set by code)
- Ability to upload a list of all project tasks from Asana

gives opportunities, as follows:
- Performance recording
- User activity statistics enrichment
- Work process tracking
- KPI recording for employees
- Team productivity maintenance
Technical support is provided in accordance with the technical support packages of the company. In case of On-Site location of the solutions, Samarasoft shall provide packages of new versions for free. The upgrade is performed by a client independently or with the assistance of the developer on a paid basis. In case of Cloud location of the solutions, the developer upgrades the client’s solution for free, though not ensuring the health of the project settings, if any.
Important notice: transfer of design modifications is not possible during free upgrade.
Asana Connector for Creatio is an add-on to the Creatio, which expands its capabilities. To install the add-on you will need at least one license of Creatio. Asana Connector for Creatio is compatible with any product series Creatio 7.10 and above.
