Bail for bpm’online is a product to manage complete lifecycle of a loan, a client’s history and ‘black lists’ for pawn stores.

Unified segmented customer base function

Allows building a 360-degree customer view: keep records of a client’s status and degree of his reliability (trustworthiness), contact data, history of interactions, client requests. It also allows to create ‘black lists’ in order to minimize risks.





Complete lifecycle of the loan function

Keeps records of all information at every stage from registering a deposit to the final point (bail-out, sales, withdrawal or transfer to sale, repledge). It allows to store files and original documents linked to a client’s card, as well as to inform employees and calculate the percentage of overdue deposits automatically, to extend the pledge period, to use real-time analytical statistics for better future decisions.



Stockrooms function

Comprises managing systematic information on the fullness of each storage cell. It takes just a few seconds to find the right deposit or to determine place for a new deposit.

Capability to automatically calculate loan offers

Allows users to instantly calculate loan terms on the basis of information available in the system and depending on a customer’s status, history, loan period, as well as pledge price. You can configure tariffs and facilities.





Built-in best practice business processes

The processes to systemize and analyze all incoming information, easy to customize according to particularities of a pawn store.



Technical support is provided in accordance with the technical support packages of the company. In case of On-Site location of the solutions, Samarasoft is to provide upgrade packages for free. The upgrade shall be performed by a client independently or with the assistance of the developer on a fee basis. In case of On-Demand location of the solutions, the developer upgrades the client’s solution for free, though not ensuring the health of the project settings, if any.

Important notice: transfer of design modifications is not possible as part of free upgrade.
