Google Drive sync

Google Drive is a file hosting service created and maintained by Google. Its features include storing files on the Internet, sharing them and collaborative editing. Google Drive includes Google Docs, Spreadsheets, and Slides — a set of office applications for collaborating on text documents, spreadsheets, presentations, drawings, web forms, and other files.

Setting up Google API

  1. Sign in to your Google Account
  2. Go to the API settings page at https://console.developers.google.com/
  3. At the top of the page, select “+ Enable API and Services”
  1. Through the search bar find the “Google Drive API” and select
  1. Go to Credentials in APIs & Services
  2. Open the OAuth consent screen
  1. Set application preferences:
  • User Type: External
  • Token raise limit (days)
  • Scope for Google APIs: Add to existing ../auth/drive
  1. Save changes at the bottom of the page
  2. Open the Credentials tab
  1. Click on the button at the top of the “+ Create Credentials” page
  2. Select “OAuth Client ID”
  • Select “Application Type”: Web Application
  • Fill in title
  • Add “Authorized redirect URIs” by pattern: https://[Host Address] /0/ServiceModel/PtOauthService.svc/GoogleAuthCode
  1. After creating the identifier, “Client Identifier” and “Client Secret Code” will be issued

Set up sync with Google Drive in Creatio

  1. Go to the “File storage settings” directory and fill in the fields in accordance with the issued Google API values
  1. Identifier parameters are cached, therefore, after configuration, it is necessary to compile the system
