OneDrive is a file-hosting service operated by Microsoft as part of its suite of online services. It allows users to store files as well as other personal data like Windows settings or BitLocker recovery keys in the cloud. Files can be synchronized to a PC and accessed from a web browser or a mobile device, as well as shared publicly or with specific people.
Set up OneDrive sync
Before synchronizing files with OneDrive, follow these steps:
- Open the [Default file storage] lookup.
- Add sections for files share via OneDrive.

Checking the result of settings
Note. Before synchronizing with OneDrive, add a new corporate account with access for all employees. All files will be placed in OneDrive of this account. Download files will be performed also from OneDrive of this account.
To check the sync settings for OneDrive, follow these steps:
- Verify that the current creatio user is licensed for the product.
- Open the [Contacts] record page. Add the file to the [Attachments] detail.
The added file will automatically be saved to OneDrive.

When you first connect to OneDrive, you will need to log in to your Microsoft account and grant access to the application. The system will notify you accordingly. Click the [OK] button to continue.
Sign in OneDrive account.

Enter the password OneDrive.

Open your Microsoft OneDrive account. The file added to creatio is successfully synchronized to OneDrive.

Files synchronized with OneDrive are editable directly in the browser. Changes made to the file in the browser and stored in OneDrive will be available for download from the creatio [Attachments] detail.
